My path started in St. Croix, U.S. Virgin Islands. After earning my B.A. from Voorhees College and my M.S. in Counseling, I spent 20 years building nonprofit infrastructure from the inside. I've founded seven ventures, grown budgets from $400K to $1.2M, and partnered with organizations credentialing over 1,000 professionals.
