The Nonprofit Thrive Architect™

Strategy embedded into systems.
Infrastructure that holds.

LUR's Strategic Growth Innovators partners with nonprofits to stop carrying strategy on people and start embedding it into systems, so shifts in funding, policy, and leadership do not destabilize the organization.

I don't give you a report and leave. I partner with your organization to design and build the capacity infrastructure that makes your impact measurable, your systems scalable, and your mission sustainable.

The Reality

The Sector Has a Systems Problem. Everywhere.

The shift from tactical fixes to essential infrastructure is happening. But most organizations are being left behind.

The problem isn't the people. It's the system. LUR Growth responds differently.

See How I Work

What I Build

Capacity Infrastructure for the Work That Matters

Not a report. Not a template. A working system built around how your organization actually operates, and where you need to go.

Impact Architecture

I design and build the systems that make your organization's work visible: dashboards, accountability tools, CRM implementation, impact tracking, and board-ready reporting. If it helps you see your work clearly, I build it.

  • Community impact dashboards
  • Accountability + performance systems
  • CRM setup and implementation
  • Board-ready reporting tools
  • Data visualization and metrics design

The Monitor

Once the system is live, I stay alongside your work. I watch what the data is telling us, interpret the gaps, identify what's at risk, and advise on what to build or fix next. This is the ongoing advisory layer: high-value, not just maintenance.

  • Monthly data review and interpretation
  • Gap and risk identification
  • Strategic advisory calls
  • Impact narrative development
  • Funder-ready performance reporting

Scale by Design

For organizations asking "how do we grow this?", I build the systems, frameworks, and roadmaps that answer that question with evidence instead of intuition. Scale by Design means your growth is intentional, infrastructure-backed, and built to last.

  • Organizational capacity assessment
  • 3-year scale planning
  • Infrastructure gap analysis
  • Community co-design facilitation
  • Funder-ready case for investment

Why Partner With LUR Growth

Imagine What Your Organization Could Look Like in Three Years.

Every partnership starts with a vision. Here's how Latoya is wired to help you get there, and what that means for your organization specifically.

She can see your organization's future before the engagement begins.

Before a single system is built, you'll have a vivid picture of what's possible. Not a vague promise, but a specific, compelling vision of where your organization is headed and what it looks like when it's thriving. That vision is what fuels the work that follows.

That thing everyone has worked around for three years? She'll name it in the first conversation. While others see complexity, she sees the pattern, and the path through it. That's the insight you're investing in.

There's no settling. No "good enough." Your system will be built to outperform every comparable organization in your space, because that's the only standard she operates from.

You don't get a rotating team. You get Latoya, invested, consistent, and present. She works with a small number of organizations so each partner gets her full attention and strategic depth.

Every day starts at zero for her. The engagement isn't done when the system is delivered. It's done when it's working. Your momentum is her motivation.

The Framework

A Proven System. Not a Template.

The LUR Framework is the architecture behind every engagement. It's how Latoya designs capacity systems that actually hold up and grow.
